We want to be an attractive employer with satisfied employees. Many of our employees have been working for MAGNA sweets for many years and we are pleased to have a low fluctuation rate.

Fair working conditions and fair remuneration are a matter of course for us. At the moment, out of 55 employees, we only have 2 employees with permanent employment contracts.

We create a basis of trust and value the performance of each individual employee. Regular appraisal interviews with feedback are a matter of course for us.

We create a work-life balance. A large proportion (approx. 80%) of the workforce are women.

We promote diversity and value diversity within our team. We live inclusion by taking into account people with difficult access to the labour market. At the moment (2021), we have 10% of our jobs filled by people with disabilities.

With our regularly published employee magazine, we inform our employees about internal news, industry news or background information.

The health and well-being of our employees is very important to us.

That is what we are committed to.

Healthy diet

Our staff have a large lounge, their own large kitchen and a tea kitchen at their disposal. We offer a weekly fruit basket, water, tea and coffee. Thanks to our own water dispenser in the kitchens, we also save CO2 emissions here.

Ergonomic work

Our employees work at ergonomic workstations. The employees in our production are regularly trained to work ergonomically.

Our company doctor is available to us as a contact person for advice.
