The combination of a natural paper look and functionalities like tear and puncture resistance, make our new paper/PE foil a perfect and attractive packaging solution. More than half of this product’s components are recyclable and renewable materials and so, the focus lies with the environment and sustainability. With certified raw paper.
It’s the same with our new compostable foil made from renewable and non-genetically modified cellulose. This biological foil is labeled with the protected compostable trademark “seedling” and was certified with the register number 7P0730.
This standard stipulates that products with all their colors and labels must be entirely biodegradable and compostable.
The printing colors we use here at MAGNA sweets are also focused on sustainability. The pigments in our colors have a low binders and low heavy metal content and are made from renewable resources. The certificate confirms that the colors and the color-foil-combination don’t have any negative effect on the composting process of compostable foil.
